I just wanted to take a moment to thank this amazing pet store for the lovely gift they gave me in their giveaway — it really made my day!

But honestly, it’s not just about the gift. Every time I come here, I feel how much they truly care about animals. The staff are so kind, helpful, and welcoming, and they always have everything I need for my pets.

If you’re looking for a place that actually loves animals and offers great service, this is it. I totally recommend it — you and your furry friends will love it here

I have a sweet and beautiful black cat named Pishi, and a smart, kind-hearted dog named Toby. For the past few years, I’ve been happily trusting their grooming and bathing to dear Hamid, Neda, and their amazing, caring team. They always take care of my little ones with such patience, attention, and lots of love. I’m truly grateful for their kind hearts and top-notch service. So glad I got to know them 💛🐾

This pet store truly goes above and beyond! I recently ordered some pet food, and the delivery was super fast – exactly when I needed it, since I wasn’t able to go out shopping. What impressed me even more was when Hamid came to my home to trim my cat’s nails because I had injured my foot. He was extremely polite, professional, and kind – the kind of respectful and caring service you rarely see these days. I’m so grateful and will definitely keep supporting this amazing place!

I brought my dog here for grooming and I was extremely impressed! The staff were not only professional and skilled, but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. The owner was very kind and clearly cares deeply about the animals. My dog looked amazing and seemed very comfortable throughout the whole experience. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be coming back!

Such fabulous service from Toutou Village! We’ve been clients for over a year, for monthly grooming. First, our golden doodle always returns home happy and perfectly groomed & bathed. Second, their pickup/deliver service is SO helpful! They really put your pups safety first and during a heatwave, this additional service really shows they go above and beyond for pup and family! Our pup is always relaxed and happy to go. Highly recommend!

So happy to have found Toutou Village. Service and groom were fantastic - gentle and efficient and asked if we were satisfied with his work the whole way through - my baby hasn’t looked this coiffed in a long time and we will definitely return. Especially love the canine supervisor/overseer who watches from the top of the stairs the whole time to make sure that the grooming is A1!!!
