This pet store truly goes above and beyond! I recently ordered some pet food, and the delivery was super fast – exactly when I needed it, since I wasn’t able to go out shopping. What impressed me even more was when Hamid came to my home to trim my cat’s nails because I had injured my foot. He was extremely polite, professional, and kind – the kind of respectful and caring service you rarely see these days. I brought my dog here for grooming and I was extremely impressed! The staff were not only professional and skilled, but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Such fabulous service from Toutou Village! We’ve been clients for over a year, for monthly grooming. First, our golden doodle always returns home happy and perfectly groomed & bathed. Second, their pickup/deliver service is SO helpful! They really put your pups safety first and during a heatwave, this additional service really shows they go above and beyond for pup and family! So happy to have found Toutou Village. Service and groom were fantastic - gentle and efficient and asked if we were satisfied with his work the whole way through - my baby hasn’t looked this coiffed in a long time and we will definitely return.
