This pet store truly goes above and beyond! I recently ordered some pet food, and the delivery was super fast – exactly when I needed it, since I wasn’t able to go out shopping. What impressed me even more was when Hamid came to my home to trim my cat’s nails because I had injured my foot. He was extremely polite, professional, and kind – the kind of respectful and caring service you rarely see these days. I brought my dog here for grooming and I was extremely impressed! The staff were not only professional and skilled, but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. The owner was very kind and clearly cares deeply about the animals. My dog looked amazing and seemed very comfortable throughout the whole experience. Such fabulous service from Toutou Village! We’ve been clients for over a year, for monthly grooming. First, our golden doodle always returns home happy and perfectly groomed & bathed. Second, their pickup/deliver service is SO helpful! They really put your pups safety first and during a heatwave, this additional service really shows they go above and beyond for pup and family! So happy to have found Toutou Village. Service and groom were fantastic - gentle and efficient and asked if we were satisfied with his work the whole way through - my baby hasn’t looked this coiffed in a long time and we will definitely return. Especially love the canine supervisor/overseer who watches from the top of the stairs the whole time to make sure that the grooming is A1!!!
